About Tasking

Intelligent tasking relies on the system to automatically perform tasks rather than you having to perform the task manually. Add tasks and run them once or regularly. When you add tasks, they go into a bin. Bins hold the automated tasks and can go into the automatic dialer for use in contacting customers.

In the left navigation pane, click the Tasking icon .

Menu options in the drop-down list include:

• Managing Bins
• Managing TCN Broadcast
