Reverse a Charge Off

You post a charge off reversal on an account when a charge off is no longer valid. After you reverse the charge off, the reversal is listed on the Transactions tab.

  1. From the Account page, click the Transactions icon and choose Post a Charge Off Reversal.

The Post Charge Off Reversal pop-up window opens.

  1. Type any Notes about the reversal, and click Reverse Charge Off.

You receive a confirmation message and return to the Account page.
