Using the Bottom Navigation Bar
The bottom navigation bar is at the bottom of every Account and Deal page including searches. Click the arrow on either side to expand or collapse the area. You can perform tasks from the Account or Deal page without leaving the page by using the navigation bar. Tasks you can perform from there are specific to the account or deal. The following is the navigation bar for accounts. The deal navigation bar does not include Promise to Pay and only includes Post a Payment for a deal in Contracted/Booked status.
- Make Contact
- Accounts - Perform an Action
- Deals - Perform an Action
- Send a Message
- Add or Edit a Promise to Pay
- Post a Payment
- View Notes History
From the bottom navigation bar, navigate by doing any of the following:
- Click any of the links to expand the task list. The following is an example of the navigation bar when it is expanded with Contact and Action tasks. Contact tasks display no matter which of the other tabs you choose.
- Click the up or down arrow
to expand or collapse the area. You can also click and drag it to resize. - Click the Un-dock icon
to pull the navigation bar out into a separate window. - Click the Dock icon
to bring the pop-up window back into the bottom navigation bar. - Click any of the buttons to perform the task. You do not have to leave the page to perform the task. The following is an example of the Received Call task.
