Managing TCN Broadcast

After signing up with TCN, users go through an initial setup process on the TCN website. This includes setting up default client preferences, adding agents, and creating templates. Then you can create and send broadcasts from IDMS. Broadcasts can be sent to customers for collections and/or marketing purposes. More specifically, you can send broadcasts to past due accounts notifying them of their status. When the customer receives the call, a pre-recorded message plays and, if you set up a link back call, the customer will then have the option of being transferred to a collections agent. You can use a broadcast to notify customers of upcoming sales, insurance expirations, or any other important information.

Use bins to send a broadcast, . A bin is a container that holds a collection of records. In this case, the records are accounts. You can create multiple bins. When you add the desired loan accounts to the bin, you can submit a broadcast and all loans in the selected bin are called. If a call is established, a note is created for that account and any numbers that could not be reached will also be noted. See Managing Bins.
