View Service History
IDMS is integrated with Omnique, a third-party service company. Service tickets from Omnique contain detailed shop management information, such as estimates, repair orders, and invoices. You can view service tickets from multiple areas in the system. When a vehicle is in Evaluating status, the Expenses tab does not appear in the Inventory module.
- From the Inventory page, Account page, or Collateral tab on the Account page, click the Service tab.
The Shop Management section lists Ticket Summary and Tickets.
- Click View to see a copy of the ticket.
You can print the ticket from the pop-up window.
