Redeem a Repossession

Redeeming a repossession generally means the customer paid or made payment arrangements to be able to redeem the vehicle. The Redeem Repo button is unavailable if you have not recorded (recovered) the repossession.

1. From the bottom navigation bar on the Account page, click Action and click Redeem Repo.

The Redeem Repo section appears.

2. Type a note about the redemption in the Notes field.
3. Click Confirm.
