Manage AP Payment Methods

Like AR Payment Methods, the methods you select here display when acquiring a vehicle and adding a vehicle expense. AP Payment methods are only used when the dealer is paying for something, and AR payment methods where the customer is paying for something.

  1. From the Channel Editor page, click the AP Payment Methods sub-tab.

  1. The Acquisition and Expense check boxes turn on that particular payment method for those transaction types. Check all the boxes for the Acquisition types you accept and all Expense methods you accept.
