View Transactions

Transactions on the account include activity such as payments and late fees.

From the Account page, click the Transactions tab.

A transaction history lists date, balance, amount collected, adjustment amount, description and more. From here you can display more details and send receipts to the customer.

Options include:

  • Click Show All Detail.

Details list under each transaction record.

  • Click Hide All Detail to collapse the transaction details.
  • Click a specific transaction to list details for an individual transaction.
  • Click View GL to view the journal transaction.

  • Click Receipt to print a receipt of the transaction.
  • Click Email Receipt to email a receipt.
