View or Edit Worksheets
Worksheets enable you to calculate possible deals, using interest rates, trade-ins, down payments, and taxes. You can enter information and calculate, then change the information and calculate again until a deal is agreed upon. You can save the worksheet and come back to it at a later time to edit.
- From the Deal page, click the Worksheets tab.
Existing worksheets open. They are color coordinated based on approval. Green means approved, blue is pending or working, and red is declined.
- Click the View icon
to open a specific worksheet. (See Use the Scratch Pad for information about how scratchpad works).
The worksheet opens the Detail sub-tab by default. Several sub-tabs are available.
The worksheet you selected has its own tab now. You can open multiple worksheets, and each has its own tab.
- Edit applicable fields, and click the Calculate icon
