This video provides a quick overview of the basic features of IDMS.

The Independent Dealer Management System (IDMS) is a unified product that makes it easier to acquire inventory, sell vehicles, manage accounts, take payments, work queues, analyze portfolio performance, and work collections. IDMS provides comprehensive, customizable reporting and queueing tools all in one place, and Electronic Payment System (EPS).

IDMS is integrated with other systems. Its flexible accounting includes real time integration with QuickBooks online. IDMS has integrated credit reporting with all of the major bureaus. It offers a two-way integration with DealerSocket CRM for leads, sales, current balances, and repossession information.

This video provides an overview of the CRM Credit App integration to IDMS.

The integration with Dealerfire and Inventory+ shares leads and inventory information. Service shop management integration is offered through Omnique. And finally, IDMS is integrated with all of the major GPS providers independent dealers use.

You can access the modules in IDMS from the left navigation pane. These include Inventory, Deals, Accounts, Customers, Tasking, Reports, Accounting, Settings, and Market Place.
