Advanced Report Viewer

The IDMS advanced report viewer with Exago offers many different options and viewing capabilities.

This video provides an overview of the advanced report viewer in IDMS.

  1. From Report Viewer, click the More icon and choose Add/Edit Layout.

    The Report Viewer welcome page appears.

  2. Click the Help icon ? for tutorials on creating new layouts and making customized reports.
  3. Click the Create New Report icon to reveal a list of reports to choose for creation.

  4. From the Advanced Viewer tab on the Report Viewer page, click Layout at the top of the page and choose from several layout options.

For the report you are on, you have some options available when you click the More icon .

  • Set as Default Layout - select to make the current layout your default
  • Add/Edit Layout - select to edit the current layout or add another layout
